Global Efforts to Restore Women's Identity in Society

Abstract

This paper argues the latest needs articulating female’s women's rights as human rights is usually effective just by simply misrecognition with the geopolitical circumstance of human rights internationalism plus the nationalisms that are permanent because of it. Disagreeing it is just about the level of universalized buildings of ‘women’ to be a group plus the generalized invocations of oppression by simply ‘global feminism's’ ‘American’ professionals which this kind of discourses of rights become to be effective, this specific document argues which plan along with steps call for handling localized along with transnational specificities which developed gendered inequalities.

تُجادل هذه الورقة البحثية بأنَّ الحاجة المُلحة إلى ربط حقوق المرأة بحقوق الإنسان غالبًا ما تكون ناجمة عن سوء فهم للوضع الجيوسياسي لأممية حقوق الإنسان والقوميات المُترسخة بسببها. وتُعارض هذه الورقة بشدة تعميم مفهوم "المرأة" كمجموعة، واستدعاءات القمع المُعمَّمة من قِبَل مُختصي "النسوية العالمية" و"الأمريكيين" الذين يُؤثِّرون على فعالية خطابات الحقوق هذه، وتُجادل بأنَّ الخطط والخطوات تتطلب مُعالجة الخصوصيات المحلية والعابرة للحدود الوطنية التي تُؤدِّي إلى نشوء أوجه عدم المساواة الجندرية.
