Human values ​​in the Holy Quran, justice as a model

Abstract

This article will comprehensively examine the concept of justice as the most central human value in the Holy Quran. Using an analytical-interpretive approach and citing Quranic verses (such as An-Nisa: 58, Al-Hadid: 25, Al-Mumtahanah: 8), this research demonstrates that justice in the Quran is a divine principle, a formative tradition, and an objective of the prophets' mission, encompassing all aspects: individual (witness testimony, governance), social (economy, family), and supra-religious (relations with non-Muslims). The findings indicate that Quranic justice transcends equality and means "putting everything in its proper place," and its achievement requires piety, combating selfish desires, and establishing oversight institutions. Emphasizing the role of justice as the foundation of good governance and civilizational excellence, this article proposes the need to revisit Quranic teachings and design implementation mechanisms to achieve justice in contemporary Muslim societies.

ستتناول هذه المقالة بشكل شامل مفهوم العدالة باعتبارها القيمة الإنسانية الأكثر مركزية في القرآن الكريم. يُظهر هذا البحث، باستخدام المنهج التحليلي التفسيري والاستشهاد بآيات قرآنية (مثل النساء: 58، الحديد: 25، الممتحنة: 8)، أن العدالة في القرآن مبدأ إلهي، وتقليد تكويني، وهدف من مهمة الأنبياء، والتي تشمل جميع الجوانب الفردية (الشهادة، والحكم)، والاجتماعية (الاقتصاد، والأسرة)، والجوانب فوق الدينية (العلاقات مع غير المسلمين). وتشير النتائج إلى أن العدالة القرآنية تتجاوز المساواة وتعني "وضع كل شيء في موضعه المناسب"، ويتطلب تحقيقها التقوى ومحاربة الأهواء الأنانية وإقامة المؤسسات الرقابية. وتأكيداً على دور العدالة كأساس للحكم الرشيد والتميز الحضاري، يقترح هذا المقال ضرورة إعادة النظر في التعاليم القرآنية وتصميم آليات التنفيذ لتحقيق العدالة في المجتمعات الإسلامية المعاصرة.
