The Quranic foundations of the relationship between security and diplomacy in political jurisprudence with an approach to the rule of “trust, unity of hearts, and commitment”

Abstract

Shiite jurisprudence, as a system of knowledge supported by revelation, includes all aspects of human life and seeks true happiness at the individual and social levels, has strategic views on ways to secure and create security. Shiite political jurisprudence, inspired by the message of revelation and enlightening hadiths, provided appropriate solutions for institutionalizing diplomacy in providing security infrastructure. The following article discussed the aforementioned foundations using the descriptive and analytical approach. Firstly, the verse: “Then inform him of his safety” (At-Tawbah (9:6) as “the rule of safety”; on the basis that the purpose of legislating the guarantee contract will be to give an opportunity for dialogue with the other party and the verse: “And those whose hearts are reconciled” (At-Tawbah (9:60)) It is considered the “rule of forming” “hearts” with regard to finding the necessary platforms to expand diplomacy. And the verse: “And if they come to you, judge between them” (Al-Ma’idah (42)) as a “rule of obligation” that obliges the other person to accept the rulings of his religion. This article has dealt with the analysis and investigation of the principles The relationship between security and diplomacy in Shiite jurisprudence.

إن الفقه الشيعي، باعتباره نظاماً معرفياً مسنوداً بالوحي، يشمل جميع جوانب حياة الإنسان ويسعى إلى سعادته الحقيقية على المستويين الفردي والاجتماعي، له وجهات نظر استراتيجية في سبل تأمين وخلق الأمن. وقد قدم الفقه السياسي الشيعي، المستوحى من رسالة الوحي والأحاديث النيرة، حلولاً مناسبة لمأسسة الدبلوماسية في توفير البنية التحتية الأمنية. وقد تناولت المقالة التالية الأسس المذكورة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي. أولاً، الآية: "ثُم أَبلغْه مأْمنَه" (توبه (9:6) باعتبارها "قاعدة السلامة"؛ على أساس أن الغرض من تشريع عقد الضمان سيكون إعطاء فرصة للحوار مع الطرف الآخر والآية: "والْمؤَلَّفَةِ قُلُـوبهم" (توبه (9: 60) باعتبارها "حكم التأليف" "القلوب" فيما يتعلق بإيجاد المنابر اللازمة لتوسيع الدبلوماسية. والآية: "فَإنْ جاؤُك فَاحكُم بينَهم" (المائدة (42)) "كحكم الوجوب" تلزم الآخر أن يقبل الإنسان أحكام دينه. لقد تناول هذا المقال التحليل والتحقيق في أصول العلاقة بين الأمن والدبلوماسية في الفقه الشيعي.
